第3l卷第2期 统计研究 Vo1．31，No．2 2014年 2月 StatisticalResearch Feb．2014 我国劳动密集型产业集聚与 扩散的时空分析 陈景新 王云峰 内容提要 ：在新经济地理学框架下 ，本文创新研究方法 ，首次将脱钩理论应用到 区域产业转移 的定量研 究 中， 采用弹性分析法构建 了产业动态脱钩指数 ，提 出了区域产业集聚和扩散 的判断标准 。以四大经济发展区域为空间 尺度 ，对 l993—2011年我 国三个典型的劳动密集型产业集聚与扩散 的动态进行 了实证研究。研究发现 ：1993～ 2011年间，典型劳动密集型产业在我 国四大区域发展 中存在 明显的产业集聚和产业扩散现象。其 中，在 l993— 2005年向东部地 区集聚趋势明显；在2006—2O11年从东部地 区向外扩散 ，向中、西 、东北地 区集聚趋势明显；2005 年成为我国典型劳动密集型产业集聚与扩散的分水岭 。 关键词 ：经济地理 ；产业集聚 ；脱钩理论 ；时空演变 中图分类号 ：C8l2 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号 ：】002—4565(2O】4)02—0034—09 TemporalAnalysisofChineseLabor-IntensiveIndustrial AgglomerationandDiffusion ChenJingxin WangYunfeng Abstract：In theframework ofnew economicgeography，thispaperfirstappliesdecouplingtheorytothequantitative studyofregionalindustrialrelocation，buildsthe industrialdynamicdecouplingindexusing elasticanalysis，andpresents regionalindustrialagglomeration and diffusion criteria． Usingfour economicdevelopmentregionsasregionalunit，an empiricalstudyonChinesethreetypicallabor—intensive industriesdynamicwascarriedoutbetween 1993 and2011．We find thatwiththedevelopmentoftypicallabor—intensiveindustries，thereareobviousindustrialagglomerationandindustrial diffusionphenomenon in China，sfourregionsfrom 1993 tO2011．In 1993—2005 thetypicallabor—intensive industries gatheredto theeasternregion obviously，intheperiod2006—2011they spreadoutfrom theeasternregiontothecentral， thewest，and thenortheasternregions．Theyearof2005becomesthewatershedofthetypicallabor—intensive industries agglomeration and diffusion． Keywords：EconomicGeography；IndustrialAgglomeration；DecouplingTheory；TmnporalE
