梯度电泳胶片制作系统硬件电路设计 梯度电泳胶片制作系统硬件电路设计 摘要 自动控制在现代化的进程中有着极其重要和广泛的应用。20世纪80年代以来，控制理论的进一步发展和计算机在控制系统中的应用，使自动控制取得了辉煌成果。论文是将自动控制系统应用于生物医学领域，运用分布式控制方式，使系统实现梯度电泳凝胶胶片的自动化制作和批量生产，解决了人工制作梯度电泳凝胶胶片费时、人为因素干扰大的问题。 本文介绍了以C8051F020单片机为核心,通过计算机来控制梯度凝胶胶片制作装置系统。该系统由上位微型计算机和下位单片机控制系统及机械装置组成，其中单片机控制系统由主控制芯片C8051F020及其外围电路组成，包括晶振、复位电路；还有键盘、显示电路； I/O接口电路等。机械装置中的灌胶系统由液体凝胶容器、步进电机驱动器、步进电机、丝杠、灌胶器、支架组成。胶片装置由凝胶胶片盒，支撑架组成。根据系统的工作原理以及硬件原理图设计出相应的程序。本文主要是对 关键词：C8051F020梯度凝胶步进电机微控制单元Design of control system circuit for Gradient Gelatin Film Abstract Automatic control has an extremely important and a wide range of applications in the process of modernization.Since the 80s of the 20th century, with the further development of control theory and the complication of computer in the control system, the automatic control has achieved brilliant results. This article makes use of automatic control system in the biomedical field, and uses the distributed control mode so as to complish the automation production and mass production of the Gradient Electrophoresis Gel Film.This way solves the problems of time-consuming and large man-made interference during the artificial production of film. This paper introduces the C8051F020 single chip as the core which controls the gradient gel system of film production equipment by computer. The system consists of upper and lower machine control System and mechanical devices. The single-chip control system is composed by the main control chip and its peripheral circuit C8051F020, including the crystal oscillator, reset circuit; keyboard and display circuit,I / O interface circuit and so on. The irrigation system in Mechanical devices consists of liquid gel plastic containers, stepper motor drives ,stepper motors,lead screw,plastic irrigation and support components.Film installation is composed by the gel film box component holder.According to the working principle of the system and schematic diagram of hardware we can design corresponding procedures, The article expounds
