• 1222 • ( ) 中华中医药杂志 原中国医药学报 2011年5月第26卷第5期 CJTCMP , May 2011, Vol . 26, No.5 ·论著· 基于古今医案数据分析的水气病证治规律研究 王兵，姜德友 （黑龙江中医药大学，哈尔滨 150040） 摘要：通过对古今水气病医案文献的搜集与整理，并以其为切入点，运用频数、因子、聚类分析等现代统计 学与计算机技术相结合的研究方法，对水气病医案数据进行深入研究，探寻水气病的发病规律、辨证规律、治疗 规律等，阐明了水气病发病的病理基础，症状群与证候类型等水气病辨治的关键问题，并对水气病治疗的核心药 物、常用方剂，治则治法及临证思路等加以评述和探析，提出了水气病治疗宜“分期攻补，以五脏为核心——四 重一慎、兼顾气血”的动态诊疗模式。为水气病的诊疗提供了理论和临床依据，同时也为中医医案的研究提供了 思路与方法学上的借鉴。 关键词：水气病；医案；证治规律研究；统计学 基金资助：黑龙江省杰出青年科学基金项目（No.2070222） Study on syndrome differentiation and treatment rules of water-qi disease based on data analysis of ancient and morden medical records WANG Bing, JIANG De-you ( Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, Harbin 150040, China ) Abstract: This thesis collected and arranged the medical cases of water-qi disease in ancient and modern, and used them as the entry point, applying statistics and computer technology, modern combination of research methods, such as the frequency, factor and cluster analysis, to explore the laws of water-qi disease on incidence, diagnosis, treatment and so on. On this basis, not only to clarify the key issues, such as the pathological basis, symptoms and syndromes of water-qi disease, but also comment and analysis on the core drugs, commonly used prescriptions, treatment rules and clinical ideas. I propose dynamic clinics mode of water-qi disease, namely ‘treatment by stages, core of fi ve zang-four important points and one caution, consideration to qi and blood’.
