精品论文 参考文献 6-西格玛管理模式在供应室器械管理中的应用 宫爱杰 孙海燕 韩爱芬 孟祥丹 许 红 　　山东省昌邑市人民医院 261300 　　摘要：目的 探讨6-西格玛管理模式应用于供应室器械交接管理工作中的先进性和优势，旨在为提高供应室护理工作质量，健全医院安全管理制度的研究提供新的护理管理模式。方法 2013年1月-2013年12月我院供应室器械以普通管理模式进行器械交接25380次设为对照组，2014年1月-2014年12月供应室以6-西格玛管理模式进行器械交接35536次设为实验组。比较两组器械交接的发放准确率、器械损耗率、器械混淆率、器械丢失率、器械清洗消毒灭菌合格率、临床科室对供应器械满意度。 结果 实验组器械交接环节工作质量明显优于对照组，2组在器械发放准确率、损耗率、混淆率、清洗消毒灭菌合格率差异比较有统计学意义（plt;0.01）；器械丢失率、临床科室对供??器械满意度差异比较有统计学意义（plt;0.05）。结论 供应室器械交接中采用6-西格玛管理模式，强化了质量控制基础，做到了标准的可衡量性和可控制性，工作流程严谨细密，器械交接环节管理规范有序，清洗、灭菌各个环节的质量控制得到加强。是一种行之有效的新型管理模式，值得推广应用。 　　关键词：6Sigma管理模式；器械交接；应用 　　[Abstract]objective to advanced and advantage of application of 6- sigma management modelin the supply room equipment handover management work，in order to improve the quality of nursing work in supply room，to provide nursing management mode of new research and improve the safety management system in hospital.Methods from 2013 January -2013 year in December in our hospital supply room equipment in general management mode of equipmentover 25380 times as the control group，in 2014 January -2014 year in December the supplyroom to 6- sigma management mode of equipment over 35536 for the experimental group.Comparison of two groups of instruments transfer payment accuracy rate，loss of equipment，instruments，equipment rate of confusion rate loss rate，equipment cleaning and disinfection and sterilization qualified rate and clinical departments satisfaction to supply equipment.Results the quality of work equipment handover in experimental group was better than the control group，2 groups in the devices provide accurate rate，loss rate，rate of confusion，cleaning and disinfection sterilization rate difference was statistically significant（plt;0.01）；equipment loss rate，clinical departments to supply equipment satisfaction difference was statistically significant（plt;0.05）.Conclusion using 6- sigma management in supply roomequipment transfer，strengthening the foundation of quality control，so the standard of themeasurable
