精品论文 参考文献 三种根管封闭材料根尖封闭能力三年的回顾性研究 1.辽宁医学院航天中心医院研究生培养基地口腔科北京100049;2.航天中心医院口腔科北京100049 【摘要】近年来，牙髓病与根尖周病的发病率不断上升，而根管治疗术是治疗这两种口腔疾病的最理想方法。其中，根管充填是用根管封闭材料有效封闭根管系统，从而阻断细菌进出根尖孔的通道，维持理想治疗效果的重要步骤。在治疗中，选择何种根管封闭材料尤为关键。本研究收集了近3年来有关根管封闭材料根尖封闭能力的相关文献资料，行回顾性分析研究。根据本研究的结论可知，氧化锌糊剂根尖封闭能力较AH-Plus根管充填剂及GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶的封闭性差，而后两种封闭材料的封闭性无明显差异，可作为根管治疗中理想的根尖封闭材料首选。 【关键词】根管封闭材料；根尖封闭；根管充填；封闭能力 【中图分类号】R781.05【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)09-0232-03 Three root root canal filling material sealing capacity retrospective study for three years Wang Yin1WuXiaoZhen2*Gong lin2 1.Liaoning medical school graduate training base space center hospital Kouqiangke, Beijing 100049;2.Dental space center hospital, Beijing 100049) 【Abstract】in recent years, the incidence of dental pulp diseases and periapical disease is rising, and root canal therapy is the ideal treatment for these two kinds of oral disease. Root canal filling is effectively closed root canal with root canal filling material system, thereby blocking bacteria in and out of the apical pore channels, maintain the important process of ideal treatment effect. In treatment, it is important to choose what kind of root canal filling material. This study collected in recent 3 years on apical sealing ability of root canal filling material related literature, studies were retrospectively analyzed.
