精品论文 参考文献 交锁髓内钉与外固定支架在四肢骨折中的应用效果比较 颍上县人民医院骨三科 安徽颍上 236200 【摘 要】目的 分析并对比交锁髓内钉与外固定支架在四肢骨折中的临床疗效。方法 选取2011年12月~2013年12月由我院骨科收治的100例四肢骨折患者为研究对象，按照手术方式的不同分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对观察组患者实施交锁髓内钉进行治疗，对照组患者实施外固定支架的治疗方式。观察并记录两组患者的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率以及骨折愈合时间。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为98%，高于对照组的80%；观察组的骨折愈合时间和并发症发生率均少于对照组，两组患者的差异在比较上具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 交锁髓内钉治疗四肢骨折患者的临床疗效确切，能有效提高患者的治疗总有效率，降低并发症发生率，加快了患者的骨折愈合进度，对患者四肢功能的恢复以及预后有着重大的意义。 【关键词】交所髓内钉；外固定支架；四肢骨折 【Abstract 】 objective to analyze and contrast in interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixator in limbs fracture in clinical curative effect.Method selection in December 2011 to December 2013 by the extremities fractures of 100 cases admitted in our hospital orthopaedic patients as the research object，according to the operation method of divided into observation group and control group，50 cases in each group.In observation group of patients treated with interlocking intramedullary nails，the control group the treatment of the external fixator.Observe and record the treatment of patients with two groups of total effective rate，complications and fracture healing time.Results treatment group total effective rate was 98%，80% higher than the control group；Fracture healing time and complications in observation group were less than the control group，the difference of two groups patients in comparison with statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion in extremities fractures treated by interlocking intramedullary nails of the patients clinical curative effect，can effectively improve the treatment of patients with total effective rate，reduce the incidence of complications and accelerate the fracture healing of the patients，the recovery of patients with limb function and prognosis is of great significance. 【Key words 】 exchange intramedullary nail；External fixation support；Limbs fracture 四肢骨折是外科中发病率较高的一种创伤性疾病，若患者在骨折发生后得不到及时和有效的救治，极易造成严重的后遗症，甚至威胁到患者的生命安全。骨科的固定和修复一直是困扰骨外科医生和矫形医生的一大难题[1]。临床中，理想的四肢骨折治疗方式是在保证良好固定效果的同时，又要避免应力过于集中而导致患者的二次骨折，使患
