精品论文 参考文献 医护人员手卫生依从性与院内感染关系的探讨 （四川自贡四医院医院感染管理科 四川 自贡 643000） 　　【摘要】目的:探讨医护人员手卫生依从性与院内感染间的关系，总结控制院感的手卫生管理措施。方法:我院于2014年1～6月份抽取了部分医护人员，对其手卫生执行情况、全年院内感染进行了统计，并总结了手卫生管理的相关措施，于2015年1月1日落实实施。统计2015年1、2季度手卫生执行情况，院内感染情况，并于2014年进行对比分析，研究分析手卫生依从性与院内感染的关系。结果:2015年1季度：抽考六步洗手合格率、手卫生依从性较2014年1～6月，差异不显著P＞0.05；全院手术感染率（1.25%）与2014年1～12月相比，感染率下降显著，差异P＜0.05。2015年2季度：抽考六步洗手法合格率、手卫生依从性与2014年1～6月相比，显著提升（P＜0.05）；手术感染率（2.15%）与2014年1～12月相比，下降显著（P＜0.05）。结论:提升医护人员手卫生依从性有助于降低院内感染发生率，应强化医护人员手卫生依从性管理。 　　【关键词】 医护人员；手卫生；依从性；院内感染 　　【中图分类号】R197.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）28-0030-02 　　Discussion on the relationship between hand hygiene compliance of medical staff and hospital infection 　　Xiao Binglian.
