精品论文 参考文献 LNG-IUS治疗子宫腺肌症1-5年疼痛及子宫出血的研究 谢凤云1 金星2 马治富1 杨华1 王晓蓉1 (1广东省珠海市妇幼保健院妇科 519000；2广东省广州市第八人民医院妇产科 510000) 【中图分类号】R711.74【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）9-0169-03 【摘要】目的 研究LNG-IUS治疗子宫腺肌症患者1-5年疼痛的改变及子宫出血的类型，以助于临床应用及临床咨询工作。方法 对LNG-IUS治疗的33例子宫腺肌症患者采用痛经－视觉疼痛评分法比较治疗前后疼痛的改变，并分析其子宫出血类型。结果 疼痛的改变：LNG-IUS放置前和放置1、2、3、4、5年末平均疼痛评分减少差异有显著性意义，Plt;0.01。子宫出血类型：放置1年末，患者主要表现为不规则出血；放置2-3年末，患者主要表现为月经正常；放置4-5年末患者主要表现为闭经。结论 LNG-IUS能有效地缓解疼痛，放置LNG－IUS后子宫出血变化表现为不规则出血逐渐转向正常月经、闭经。 【关键词】左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统（LNG-IUS） 子宫腺肌症 疼痛 子宫出血 Evaluating the 1st to 5td -year change of pain score and bleeding types of women with adenomyosis undergoing treatment with LNG-IUS XIE Feng-yun，JIN Xing，MA Zhi-fu，YANG Hua，WANG Xiao-rong XIE Feng-yun， MA Zhi-fu，YANG Hua，WANG Xiao-rong：Department of Gynecology，Zhuhai Maternal and Child Health Hospital，Guangdong.519000. Materials and methods Compare the change of pain score of 33 women with adenomyosis undergoing treatment with LNG-IUS before and after insertion ，and evaluating the bleeding types. Results Change of pain score: There was a significant difference in the reducing of pain score before and after insertion. Bleeding types: Irregular bleeding was the most common bleeding types at the end of the first-year of use. Most of women reported normal menses at the end of the second to third-year of use. Most of women reported amenorrhea at the end of the forth to fifth-year of use. Conclusion LNG-IUS was effective in reducing pain score of women with adenomyosis.
