精品论文 参考文献 多功能康复训练器的研制 1郴州市第一人民医院 郴州 423000；2.长沙医学院 长沙 410219；3.郴州市一中 郴州 423000；4，湘雅二医院 长沙 410219 【摘 要】运动和感觉障碍是脑卒中患者和脑外伤患者最常见的功能问题之一，严重影响患者日常生活能力和生存质量。运动疗法是康复治疗的核心治疗手段，属于物理疗法（physical therapy，PT），是改善运动和感觉功能障碍的一种有效方法。目前常用运动疗法有有耐力性运动、放松性练习，医疗体操、器械练习等，运动对多个系统和器官的功能具有明显的调节作用，能够调节DNA的转录，蛋白质的翻译，酶和激素诱导因子的形成，使机体最终适应运动的需要，调整和重塑组织功能。我们设计和制作了多功能康复训练器，本仪器具有跷跷板、起立床、秋千、平衡木及旋转机5种功能，实现多种器械练习的功能，训练患者由卧位转为坐位，再转直立位到最后能行走自如的过程中的平衡以及协调能力，运动和感觉功能，改善感觉统合失调。 【关键词】多功能康复训练器，运动疗法，运动再学习，感觉统合 Development of Multifunctional Rehabilitation Training Device YAO Dijie 1，LAN Lei2*，HE Xieda3，XIONG Bo1，WEI Ni1，ZHANG Zhangjie4，XIE Hui1，SUN Wei1，FU Pengcheng1，FENG Fang1 （1. Exercise therapy is the core treatment of rehabilitation therapy，which belongs to physical therapy（physical therapy，PT），is an effective way to improve motor and sensory dysfunction. At present commonly used exercise therapy have endurance exercise，relaxation exercises，medical gymnastics，exercise equipment and other，the motion of multiple systems and organs function has obvious adjustment function，can regulate DNA transcription，protein translation，enzyme and hormone induced factor of formation，so that the body eventually meet the sports needs，adjust and tissue remodeling.
