精品论文 参考文献 多层螺旋CT对主动脉夹层真假腔的诊断及鉴别诊断研究 毕光辉 　　（宜宾县人民医院 四川 宜宾 64460） 　　【摘要】 目的：研究多层螺旋CT对主动脉夹层真假腔的诊断及鉴别诊断。方法：选择2012年1月份到2015年7月份期间在我院进行治疗的43例主动脉夹层患者为研究对象，使用回顾性分析方法分析患者的CT影像学资料，对所选患者采用CTA检查方法进行真假腔的诊断及鉴别诊断，观察多层螺旋CT血管造影（CTA）的诊断和鉴别诊断效果。结果：CTA检查清晰的显示了患者的内膜破口，内膜片以及真假腔，分型结果为（DeBakey分型）：1型者10例，2型者2例，3型者31例以及（Stanford分型）A型者12例，B型者31例。结论：使用多层螺旋CT血管造影进行主动脉夹层真假腔的诊断及鉴别诊断具有快速和准确以及无创的优点，对于主动脉夹层患者临床治疗方案的选择具有重要的意义。 　　【关键词】 多层螺旋CTT血管造影；主动脉夹层；真假腔；诊断；鉴别 　　【中图分类号】R445 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）26-0026-02 　　Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of multislice spiral CT true and false lumen of aortic dissection Bi Guanghui 　　 Yibin County Peoples Hospital of Sichuan Yibin 644600,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the multislice spiral CT true and false lumen of aortic dissection diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods January 2012 to January 2015 period in our hospital for treatment of 43 cases of aortic dissection patients for the study, analysis of the patients CT imaging data using retrospective analysis of patients with 16-slice CTA selected inspection methods for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of true and false lumen was observed multislice spiral CT angiography (CTA) in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis effect. Results CTA examination clearly shows the patients intimal tear, the intimal flap and true and false lumen, genotyping results (DeBakey classification): I type in 10 cases, 2 cases of Type II, III type in 31 cases and (Stanford type) 12 cases were type A, B type in 31 cases.
