包容性增长视角下陕西旅游业发展水平研究 李勤 中国(西安)丝绸之路研究院 西安财经学院期刊管理中心 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 为了促进陕西旅游业与经济社会和生态环境协调发展, 在包容性增长视角下, 构建陕西旅游业包容性增长水平评价指标体系, 运用主成分分析方法, 对陕西省10个地市旅游业发展水平进行了评价, 研究表明, 陕西省旅游业发展速度较快, 但是各地市包容性增长水平很不均衡。西安市旅游业包容性增长水平最高, 今后需要提高空气质量和城乡居民收入水平;汉中市、咸阳市旅游业包容性增长优势明显, 良好的生态环境对汉中市旅游业发展影响较大, 咸阳市旅游业发展促进了当地农村居民脱贫致富;宝鸡市、渭南市、榆林市、安康市、延安市和商洛市具备旅游业包容性增长的条件, 但是各市在旅游业包容性增长的公平性、有效性和共享性方面差异较大;铜川市旅游业包容性增长水平综合得分较低, 急需全面提升旅游业发展水平。 关键词： 陕西省; 旅游业; 包容性增长; 综合评价; 作者简介：李勤, 女, 河南郑州人, 硕士, 副教授, 研究方向:旅游经济管理。 收稿日期：2017-05-24 基金：陕西省教育厅专项科研计划项目《陕西省地级市旅游业包容性增长测度与评价研究》 (16JK1289) The Research on the Quality of Tourism in Shaanxi under Inclusive Growth Perspective LI Qin China (Xi′an) Institute for Silk Road Reserch; Abstract： In order to promote Shaanxi tourism and coordinate economic and social development and ecological environment, the paper constructs evaluation index system of Shaanxi tourism industry in the perspective of inclusive growth.The 10 cities tourism development quality of Shaanxi province were evaluated using principal component analysis.The research shows that the tourism industry of Shaanxi Province is developing fast but the development of inclusive level is not balanced.Xian city is in the highest level, but need to strengthen the sharing of inclusive growth of tourism;Hanzhonng and Xianyang city, the tourism industry inclusive growth have obvious advantages, the development of tourism in Hanzhonng has great influence on the increase of the income of urban and rural residents, Xianyang tourism has make rural residents getting richl;Baoji, Weinan, Yulin, Yanan and Shangluo city need to emphasize the development of the tourism industry both for the welfare of the local residents;the tourism industry of Tongchuan city inclusive growth gets lower scores in inclusive growth, in urgent to promote its construction of tourism projects and training support.
