精品论文 参考文献 妊娠合并乙肝分娩期采用循证护理的临床应用体会 豆灿灿 （商丘市第一人民医院分院传染病二区 河南商丘 476100） 【摘要】目的 探究分析对妊娠合并乙肝分娩期患者采用循证护理的临床应用体会。方法 选取我院2012 年1 月~2013 年1 月收治的40 例妊娠合并乙肝患者作为临床研究对象，随机分为A、B 两组，各20 例，B 组患者进行常规护理，A 组患者在运用常规护理的基础上，采用循证护理，观察对比两组患者护理前后的临床表现。结果 A 组患者的遵医行为率显著高于B 组（plt;0.05），A 组的产程时间显著短于B 组（plt;0.05），A 组的母乳喂养率明显高于B 组（plt;0.05）。结论 对妊娠合并乙肝患者的分娩期采用循证护理，能够有效缓解患者的焦虑状态，降低并发症发生率，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】妊娠；乙肝；分娩期；循证护理；临床应用 【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-7165（2015）07-0021-02 Pregnancy with hepatitis b by the clinical application of evidence-based nursing experience during deliveryBean is an (shangqiu first peoples hospital branch 2 area of infectious diseases Henan shangqiu, 476100) 【 abstract 】 objective to explore the analysis of pregnancy with hepatitis b patients using the clinical application ofevidence-based nursing experience during delivery.
