精品论文 参考文献 妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤发病因素的病例对照研究 李红霞1（通讯作者） 刘伯锋2 王延明1 （1延安大学附属医院妇科 陕西延安 716000;2延安大学医学院 陕西延安 716000） 【中图分类号】R737.33 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）47-0194-02 【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤发病的相关因素，提高对该病的认识和防治水平。方法 调查分析了2000年1月-2011年1月，妊娠滋养细胞疾病住院的患者82例，其中葡萄胎48例，侵蚀性葡萄胎20例，绒毛膜癌14例。随机抽取120例正常分娩孕妇作为对照研究。结果 妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤在年龄40岁以上发病率明显增高（P＜0.01），孕次与妊娠滋养细胞发病有明显的关联。居住农村者发病明显高于城市并有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；但与结婚年龄、职业无关。先行妊娠种类与间隔时间与滋养细胞肿瘤有关。结论 患者年龄、孕次、居住地及先行妊娠间隔时间在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤防治中具有一定的参考价值。 【关键词】 妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤 发病因素 病例对照研究 【Abstract】Objective :Carries on the statistical analysis hospitalized cases of gestation trophoblastic disease data, discusses the clinical correlation factors of malignant transformation of gestational trophoblastic tumor . Methods: Analysis of historic normol material by epidemiology descriptive study , look back the clinical information of the gestational trophoblastic disease,s patients from 2000 to 2011. There were 82 cases ,including 48 for hydatidiform mole ,20 for invasive mole , and 14 for choriocarcinoma .Result: Above 40 years old in the advanced age pregnant woman each kind of pregnancy nutrient cell disease disease incidence rate obviously advances （P＜ 0.01 ）; In pregnancy nutrient cell disease ,2-3 pregnancy woman is taken bad the obvious ascension , The majority of cases are country women .the pregnancy nutrient cell disease incidence rate with pregnant time and interval of previous gestation has the obviously connection. Conclusion: Pregnancy nutrient cell tumor is taken bad the proportion in 40 year old of above advanced age pregnant women to be higher than other age section obviously ;The disease incidence rate with is pregnant time has the obvious connection , Interval of previous gestation have an importance referential value in differentiating and diagnosing gestational trophoblastic tumor . the hydatidiform mole has obviously becomes malignant the nature ,should the early diagnosis and the early prevention . 【Key words】gestational trophoblastic tumor clini
