精品论文 参考文献 子宫背带缝合治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床应用优势研究 湖南省衡东县人民医院 湖南衡阳 421400 　　【摘 要】目的：研究子宫背带缝合治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床应用优势。方法：此次研究纳入的对象来源于2014年3月-2015年11月我院收治剖宫产产后出血患者中随机抽取的83例。将上述83例剖宫产产后出血患者随机分为常规组41例和背带缝合组42例。常规组采取传统方法进行止血，背带缝合组采取子宫背带缝合治疗。比较（1）治疗有效率；（2）产后24小时出血量、月经复潮时间；（3）产褥病率、子宫切除率。结果：（1）背带缝合组较之常规组治疗有效率更高，P＜0.05；（2）背带缝合组较之常规组产后24小时出血量更少，P＜0.05；两组患者月经复潮时间相似，P＞0.05；（3）背带缝合组较之常规组产褥病率、子宫切除率更低，P＜0.05。结论：子宫背带缝合治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床应用效果确切，可有效降低产褥病和子宫切除率，减少产后出血，操作简单，安全易行，值得推广。 　　【关键词】子宫背带；缝合治疗；剖宫产；产后出血；临床应用优势 　　[Abstract] Objective：To study the effect of strap uterine suture in the treatment of cesarean section clinical application of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods：the study included 83 patients who were randomly selected from our hospital during November -2015，who were randomly selected from patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Of the 83 cases of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were randomly divided into control group of 41 cases and 42 cases of strap suture group.The conventional group take the traditional methods of hemostasis，strap suture group take strap uterine suture in the treatment of.（1）the treatment efficiency；（2）after 24 hours the amount of bleeding，menstruation time；（3）puerperal morbidity，rate of hysterectomy.Results：（1）sling suture group than in the conventional treatment group，the effective rate higher，P lt; 0.05；（2）a brace suture group compared with normal group after 24 hours bleeding less，P lt; 0.05）.Two groups patients menses time similar，（P gt; 0.05）；（3）a brace suture group than in the conventional group puerperal morbidity，hysterectomy rate is lower，P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：Uterine brace suture in the treatment of cesarean section production postpartum hemorrhage the clinical application effect of exact，can effectively reduce puerperalism and uterus resection rate，reduce postpartum hemorrhage，operation is simple，safe，simple，worthy of promotion. 　　 [Key words] strap uterine suture；therapy；cesarean section；postpartum hemorrhage；clinical application
