精品论文 参考文献 孕晚期不同时间段胎儿超声估重准确性对比 长沙市妇幼保健院 【摘 要】目的 探讨产前不同时间段（产前1-3天、产前4-7天、产前8-14天）超声多参数法估测胎儿体重的准确性。方法 对2015年11月至2016年1月期间，在我院行孕晚期多参数法估重B超（双顶径+头围+腹围+股骨长度组合公式法）并在我院分娩的孕妇的病历进行回顾性分析，随机选取包含产前1-3天、产前4-7天、产前8-14天估重B超报告的病历各50例，分别将它们命名为1组（产前1-3天组）、2组（产前4-7天组）、3组（产前8-14天组），通过计算超声估测的胎儿体重与新生儿体重的差值，将差值le;250g定为符合，差值＞250g定为不符合，从而对三种不同时间段超声估算胎儿体重的准确性进行分析探讨。结果 1组50例，超声估重法40例符合，10例不符合，符合率80%；2组50例，超声估重法40例符合，10例不符合，符合率80%；3组50例，超声估重法29例符合，21例不符合，符合率58%。1组2组的符合率无差别；1组2组的符合率明显高于3组，且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 超声多参数法对胎儿体重的预测，产前1-3天与4-7天符合率无差别，并且符合率明显高于产前8-14天超声估重。因此产前一周内超声多参数法对胎儿估重准确性高，误差小，临床应用价值广泛。 【关键词】超声；多参数；胎儿体重；新生儿体重 ［Abstract］Objective To investigate the accuracy of estimating fetal weight by ultrasonic multi parameter method in different time period（Prenatal 1 to 3 days，prenatal 4 to 7 days，prenatal 8 to 14 days）. Method We retrospectively analyzed the medical records of pregnant women，who underwent ultrasound examination of Multi parameter estimation method（The combination formula method of biparietal diameter and head circumference and abdominal circumference and femur length）in the third trimester and give birth in our hospital，We randomly selected each 50 cases from those medical records who contained the report of estimating weight by B ultrasound method in 1 to 3 days，3 to 7 days and 8 to 14 days before birth，and respectively named them as group 1（the group of 1 to 3 days before birth）、group 2（the group of 4 to 7 days before birth）、group 3（the group of 8 to 14 days before birth）. By calculating the difference between estimating weight by B ultrasound method and the neonatal weight，the difference of less than or equal to 250 grams was defined as meeting，the difference of larger than 250 grams was defined as not consistent，thus，we analyze and discuss the accuracy of estimating weight by B ultrasound method in these three different time periods. Results In the 1 group of 50 cases，40 cases were met by ultrasonic method，and 10 cases were not consistent，and the coincidence rate was 80
