精品论文 参考文献 室间隔缺损彩超诊断与手术结果的对照研究 陈建红 浏阳市中医医院 湖南浏阳 410300 【摘 要】目的：探讨室间隔缺损彩超诊断与手术结果的对照。方法：病例资料来源于我院2013年10月至2014年10月间收治的通过手术结果证实的室间隔缺损患者，共50例，对照组进行X线平片检查的设为对照组，进行彩色多普勒超声检查的为研究组患者，对两组的检查结果进行比较。结果：研究组诊断出46例室间隔缺损，而对照组诊断出36例室间隔缺损，研究组诊断干下2例，围膜部32例，肌部0例，膜部瘤6例，左室右房型6例，而对照组诊断干下1例，围膜部28例，肌部0例，膜部瘤4例，左室右房型3例，研究组诊断率明显高于对照组，两组数据存在统计学差异（Plt;0.01）。研究组检测室缺大小为（0.73plusmn;0.34），手术结果发现室缺大小为（0.81plusmn;0.40），与研究组比较数据不存在统计学差异（Pgt;0.05）。对照组检测室缺大小为（0.65plusmn;0.31），与手术结果比较存在统计学差异（Plt;0.05）。结论：相比于X线平片检查，彩色多普勒超声可以更加准确反映出室间隔缺损情况，对于早期病变的显示更具优势，是诊断室间隔缺损有效的影像学措施，安全可靠，值得临床推广。 【关键词】室间隔缺损，彩超，手术结果 [Abstract] objective：to study the diagnosis and surgical results of pa/VSD. Team measure the lack of size（0.73 + / - 0.34），the operation results show room lack of size（0.81 + / - 0.40），compared with group data there is no statistical difference（P gt; 0.05）. Control measure the lack of size（0.65 + / - 0.31），compared with the surgical results statistical differences（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：compared with X-ray plain film，color doppler ultrasound can more accurately reflect the ventricular septal def
