精品论文 参考文献 宫内节育器放置术后患者心理观察及护理干预 李淑蓉 （四川省南充市计划生育指导所 四川南充 637000) 【摘要】目的 探讨宫内节育器放置术后患者的心理变化并实施护理干预措施，观察其效果。方法 回顾性分析120例行宫内节育器放置术患者的一般资料，分析并总结其心理状态，并给予所有患者相应的护理干预措施，采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对护理前后患者的心理焦虑情况进行评价。结果 经过调查分析，本组患者中，有24例患者存在羞涩的心理，有25例患者存在逆反的心理，有33例患者存在恐惧的心理有38例患者存在抑郁的心理；护理前，患者的SAS评分为(44.56plusmn;3.31)分，护理后，患者的SAS评分(31.62plusmn;1.17)分，前后比较，护理后，患者的焦虑情况有较大的改善，差异具有统计学意义(t=40.38，Plt;0.01)。结论 行宫内节育器放置术后患者大多有焦虑、羞涩等负性心理状况，因此，对其应采取积极的心理干预及心理护理，改善患者的身心健康，提高宫内节育器的有效率。 【关键词】宫内节育器放置术 心理焦虑 护理 【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2012）15-0280-01 IUD placed on psychological observation of postoperative patients and nursing intervention Sichuan Province, Nanchong City, family planning guidance(Sichuan　　 Nanchong 　637000)　 Li Shu－rong 【Abstract】 Objective：Explore the IUD placed after surgery in patients with psychological changes and the implementation of nursing interventions, to observe the effect.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 120 routine IUD placed in patients undergoing general information, analysis and summarizes the state of mind, and give all patients appropriate care interventions, the use of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) on the anxiety of the patients psychological care before and after situationevaluated.Results: After investigation and analysis, this group of patients, 24 cases of patients with mental shy, and 25 patients there is a rebellious mental, there are 33 cases of patients there are fears there are 38 cases of patients with depression psychology; care before patients with SASscore (44.56 plusmn; 3.31) after the treatment, the patients SAS score (31.62 plusmn; 1.17) points, before and after, care, patients with anxiety greatly improved, a statistically significant difference (t = 40.38, Plt;0.01). Conclusions: OK IUD placed after surgery most patients have a negative psychological state of anxiety, shyness, etc., its positive psychological intervention and psychological care should be taken to improve th
