精品论文 参考文献 对心血管内科护理中不安全因素分析 彭显英 山东省荣成市人民医院查体科 264300 【摘 要】目的：分析心血管内科护理工作中存在的各种不安全因素，总结有效的安全防范措施。方法：回顾性分析我院72例心血管内科患者的临床资料，针对心血管内科护理中不安全因素提出有效的安全防范措施。结果：本次入选的72例患者中23例患者出现心血管内科护理风险事件，其中2例是由于医院不安全因素造成的，占到2.8%，10例是由于护理人员因素造成的，占到13.9%，11例是由于患者自身因素造成的，占到15.3%。结论：心血管内科护理中的不安全因素包括自身因素、医院因素以及患者自身因素等，想要有效提高心血管内科护理质量，尽可能减少心血管内科护理中不安全因素，医护人员一定要多和患者交流、沟通，全面、深入了解患者的实际需求。 【关键词】心血管内科；护理不安全因素；护理安全防范措施 Abstract：Objective：to analyze the various factors that exist in the nursing work in the Department of internal medicine，and summarize the effective safety measures.Methods：retrospective analysis of clinical data of 72 cases of cardiovascular department of internal medicine in our hospital，for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases in the Department of internal medicine，the unsafe factors of effective security measures.Results：72 cases of patients in the 23 cases of cardiovascular department of internal medicine nursing risk events，of which 2 cases were due to hospital unsafe factors，accounting for 10，13.9% cases were due to the factors of nursing staff，accounting for 11，2.8% cases were due to the patients own factors，accounting for 15.3%.Conclusion：the non safety factors in the cardiovascular department of internal medicine nursing，including its own factors，hospital factors and patients themselves，want to improve the quality of cardiovascular department of internal medicine nursing，as far as possible to reduce the risk of cardiovascular care in the Department of internal medicine，medical personnel must be more and patient delivery，communication，comprehensive，in-depth understanding of the actual needs of patients.
