精品论文 参考文献 对首次住院先心患儿家属实施集中术前心理干预的效果观察 中国人民解放军第九四医院胸心外科 江西西昌 330002 【摘 要】目的：对首次住院先心患儿父母实施集中术前心理干预的护理效果。方法：对180例先心患儿按随机分为2组，对照组90例予以常规实施健康教育，观察组90例在常规的基础上针对患儿父母集中采用幻灯讲课、模型展示、口头、文字宣传、视频等集中实施健康教育，课后实行开放式提问，下发资料，观察2组护理效果。结果：通过针对患儿父母实施集中健康教育使患儿及家属自愿接受并能更好的配合治疗及护理，减少了医、护、患的矛盾，减轻了患儿对医护人员的恐惧感，加快了治愈和康复进程（手术至出院平均天数7天），提高护理服务满意度。结论：对首次住院先心患儿父母实施术前心理干预，对加快治愈和康复进程，提高先心患儿的康复时间具有明显促进作用。 【关键词】首次住院；集中术前心理干预；护理工作开展的顺利性；服务满意率；治愈和康 【中图分类号】R473.71 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0792-02 【Abstract 】Objective：to concentration for the first time in the hospital heart children parents first implemented nursing effect of preoperative psychological intervention.
