To promote the domestic glass industry structure adjustment and industrial upgrading in order to speed up, to prevent blind investment and low-level redundant construction, strengthen energy conservation, protecting the ecological environment, improve resource utilization efficiency, in accordance with the relevant national regulations and industrial policies, our ministry in conjunction with the relevant departments to develop daily glass industry access conditions, are to be announced.
All departments and related enterprises in the daily glass project construction, investment records, the EIA approval, land supply, credit, electricity supply, quality, safety supervision and other work should be based on this access conditions.

To promote the domestic glass industry structure adjustment and industrial upgrading in order to speed up, to prevent blind investment and low-level redundant construction, strengthen energy conservation, protecting the ecological environment, improve resource utilization efficiency, in accordance with the relevant national regulations and industrial policies, formulate the access conditions.
