The fog and haze and other environmental problems deteriorates every day, and the HCFCs eliminating target of China set by the Montreal Protocol is getting closer, in these backgrounds, the refrigerants using and recovery condition are surveyed and investigated for the refrigerant industry in Shanghai from 2012 to 2013, comparing with the data before, providing the guidance to research the relevant regulations and recovery systems, proposing a new design of refrigerant recovery machine to promote the recycling of refrigerant.
