精品论文 参考文献 急性痛风性关节炎的规范化治疗效果观察 常德市第一人民医院风湿免疫科 湖南常德 415000 【摘 要】目的：观察急性痛风性关节炎的规范化治疗效果。方法：选取我院收治的90例急性痛风性关节炎患者，将其分成常规治疗组与规范化治疗组各45例，常规治疗组给予秋水仙碱联合地塞米松治疗，规范化治疗组给予生活干预+西药治疗+中药治疗，对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果：规范化治疗组患者的血沉与血尿酸浓度均明显低于常规治疗组，对比两组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；常规治疗组的总有效率为77.8%，规范化治疗组的总有效率为95.6%，规范化治疗组明显高于常规治疗组，对比两组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：急性痛风性关节炎的规范化治疗效果显著，值得推广及应用。 【关键词】急性痛风性关节炎；规范化治疗；秋水仙碱；痛风颗粒 The effect of standardized treatment of acute gout arthritis Lilihua Department of rheumatism and immunology，Changde First Peoples Hospital Changde Hunan 415000 [Abstract] Objective：To observe the curative effect of standardized treatment for acute gout arthritis. Methods：90 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients in our hospital，divided into conventional treatment group and standardized treatment group of 45 cases，the conventional treatment group was given colchicine combined with dexamethasone treatment，treatment group received standardized lifestyle intervention + western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment，compared to clinical effect of the two groups after treatment. Results：the standardization of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the concentration of serum uric acid of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than the conventional treatment group，there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（Plt;0.05）；routine treatment group，the total effective rate was 77.8%，the standard treatment group the total effective rate was 95.6%，the standardized treatment group was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group，there was statistical significant differences between the two groups（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion：the standardized treatment of acute gout arthritis is significant，it is worthy of popularization and application.
