精品论文 参考文献 探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效 东宁市中医院 157299 摘要：目的 研究分析慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效观察。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2013年1月～2014年1月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并分为两组，其中采用克拉霉素联合果胶秘治疗的一组为对照组（40例），采用阿莫西林联合果胶铋进行治疗的一组为观察组（40例），观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 在治疗有效率的对比中，观察组（92.5%）明显高于对照组（50.0%），两组患者对比差异（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。观察组（7.5%）不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（15.0%），对比差异（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 采用阿莫西林联合果胶铋对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者进行治疗，其治疗效果显著，可以降低不良反应发生率。 关键词：慢性萎缩性胃炎；阿莫西林；果胶秘；临床效果；观察 Abstract：Objective To study the clinical curative effect of chronic atrophic gastritis patients.Method the study object is to choose a January 2013 ~ 2014 January chronic atrophic gastritis patients with 80 cases，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and divided into two groups，including the use of Clarithromycin Combined with pectin secret treatment group as the control group（40 cases）.The amoxicillin combined with colloidal bismuth pectin treatment group into observation group（40 cases）to observe the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results in the effective rate of treatment，the observation group（92.5%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（50%），the difference between the two groups（Plt;0.05），with statistical significance.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group（7.5%）was significantly lower than that of the control group（15%），and the difference（Plt;0.05），which had statistical significance.Conclusion amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis patients，the treatment effect is significant，can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Key words：chronic atrophic gastritis；amoxicillin；pectin；clinical effect；observation 慢性萎缩性胃炎是消化系统中常见的疾病之一[1]。胃黏膜上皮和腺体萎缩、数目减少、胃黏膜变薄、黏膜基层增厚，部分患者伴有幽门腺化生为该病的主要特征，部分患者还会伴有肠腺化生，部分患者伴有不典型增生等。上腹部出现隐痛，胀满、嗳气、消瘦、贫血以及食欲不振为该病的主要临床表现，其临床表现不具有特异性。如今临床中对其发病机制还尚不明确，普遍认为该病与幽门螺旋杆菌感染有关，同时有相关研究结果显示，该病与胃酸过多，机械性的刺激等因素有着紧密的联系[2]，60%～90%的慢性胃炎患者的胃黏膜中可检出Hp。该病对患者的日常饮食和日常生活造成严重的影响，因此需要对其进行积极的治疗，本文采用阿莫西林联合果胶秘对其进行治疗取得了较为显著的效果，更详细报道如下。 1 资料与方法
