精品论文 参考文献 探讨教育处方在骨科患者健康教育中的应用观察 大庆市医学会 136714 摘要：目的：探讨并分析健康教育中应用健康教育处方的临床效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2013年5月～2015年5月间诊治的100例骨科患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并均分为两组，对照组的50例患者实施常规的健康教育，观察组的50例患者还是健康教育处方后的健康教育，比较两组患者实施健康教育后的临床效果。结果：通过对两组患者进行，观察组患者对健康教育知识获得率及满意度明显比对照组高，经过3个月的健康教育，观察组患者的康复功能锻炼的依从性明显比对照组高，两组患者差异显著，有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：骨科患者实施健康教育过程中制定健康教育处方能够加快患者恢复健康以及提升生活质量，具有重要的临床意义，值得在临床上推广应用。 关键词： 健康教育处方 骨科 健康教育 临床应用 [Abstract] Objective：To explore and analyze the clinical effect of health education in health education. Methods：the object of this study is in 2013 to choose 5 months to 2015 years 5 months between the diagnosis and treatment of 100 cases of orthopedic patients，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and divided to two groups，the control group of 50 patients in the implementation of routine health education，the observation group of 50 patients or health education prescription of health education，compared two groups of patients with the implementation of health education of clinical effect. Results：the patients in the two groups were，observation group patients for health education to obtain the rate and degree of satisfaction significantly group than in the control，after three months of health education observed rehabilitation training of patients compliance were significantly higher than control group，two groups of patients differed significantly，there was a statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：the implementation of health education in the Department of orthopedics patients to develop health education prescription can accelerate the recovery of health and improve the quality of life，has an important clinical significance，it is worthy of clinical application.
