金华地区东阳东岘社区老年人口腔保健知识和健康行为调查 郭婷婷 金华市中心医院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 调查分析金华地区东阳东岘社区老年人口腔保健知识和健康行为, 为开展社区老年人口腔保健工作提供参考依据。方法 选取2016年9月-2017年1月金华地区东阳东岘社区的300名老年人为调查对象, 采用自制口腔保健知识和健康行为调查问卷进行问卷调查。结果 300名调查对象中, 口腔保健知识获取途径为电视、广播、书籍和健康讲座的比例分别为20.00%、20.33%、11.33%和15.33%。调查问卷包括12个口腔健康知识题目, 其中全部答对的比例为10.33%, 答对少于7个题目的比例为44.33%, 平均回答正确题目数量为 (5.98±1.03) 个。定期更换牙刷的比例为27.67%, 使用保健牙刷的比例为11.00%。老年人定期去医院接受口腔健康检查的比例低于未定期接受口腔健康检查的老年人所占比例, 差异有统计学意义 (P0.05) 。结论 金华地区东阳东岘社区老年人口腔保健知识比较缺乏, 口腔健康行为正确掌握率较低, 应加强对社区老年人口腔保健知识的宣传, 指导社区老年人掌握正确的口腔健康行为, 以降低社区老年人口腔疾病发病率。 关键词： 社区; 老年人; 口腔保健知识; 口腔健康行为; 口腔疾病; 作者简介：郭婷婷 (1983-) , 女, 浙江金华人, 大学本科, 住院医师, 从事口腔医学方面的研究 收稿日期：2017-06-05 Investigation on oral health knowledge and health behavior of elderly in Dongyang Dongxian community in Jinhua GUO Ting-ting Jinhua Central Hospital; Abstract： Objective To investigate the oral health knowledge and health behaviors of the elderly in Dongyang Dongxian community in Jinhua region, to provide objective reference for the oral health care of the elderly in the community.
