微信平台+问卷星在精神科护士、保洁员及患者跌倒认知培训中的应用 郗小玲 刘亚芳 南京市青龙山精神病院护理部 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的:探讨运用微信、问卷星提高精神科护士、保洁员及患者跌倒预防认知的应用效果。方法:运用问卷星设计调查问卷分别了解临床护士、患者、保洁人员对跌倒预防知识的掌握程度, 建立工作人员微信群, 针对其知识缺陷进行相关培训, 对患者进行健康教育。比较培训前、培训3个月后护士、保洁人员及患者对患者跌倒预防认知情况。结果:护士对跌倒风险评估、健康宣教得分较低, 培训后测评结果明显优于培训前, 差异有统计学意义 (P0.05) 。患者对跌倒危险因素中情绪沟通、药物、疾病因素相对不了解, 保洁人员在易导致跌倒危险因素中保洁工具处理、垃圾处理知晓率较低, 培训后测评结果均优于培训前, 差异有统计学意 (P0.05) 。结论:利用问卷星+微信群作为调查培训前后精神病患者跌倒认知的平台, 有效提高了护理培训的效率, 适应现代护理教育的需求。 关键词： 精神科; 跌倒认知; 问卷星; 微信; 培训; 作者简介：郗小玲, 女, 本科, 副主任护师, 护理部主任 收稿日期：2017-07-16 The application of We Chat platform plus questionnaire star in the fall cognitive training of psychiatric nurses, cleaning staff and patients XI Xiao-ling LIU Ya-fang Qinglongshan Mental Hospital of Nanjing; Abstract： Objective: To explore the applying effect of WeChat and questionnaire star in the improvement of fall prevention cognition of psychiatric nurses, cleaning staff and patients. Methods: A questionnaire was designed with questionnaire star to understand the mastery of fall prevention knowledge of clinical nurses, patients and cleaning staff. A WeChat group was established for the staff to provide training targeted on their knowledge defects to health education for patients. The prevention cognition of falls in patients by nurses, cleaning staff and patients was compared before training and 3 months after training. Results: The scores of fall risk assessment and health publicity and education of nurses were lower than those before training, the assessment after training was significantly better than that before training, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 0. 05) . Patients did not have understanding about fall risk factors like emotional communication, medicine and disease factors.
