Methods: Questionnaire survey method was adopted for special investigation of registered higher vocational nursing students of Grade 2009 and 2011, to find out the main existing occupational risk problems of nursing students. The corresponding targeted micro lecture videos were self-prepared and occupational risk systematic education based on micro lectures was combined with pre-job training of vocational students of Grade 2011. The relevant legal knowledge, nursing rules and regulations, nursing protection knowledge and behaviors were compared between the students of the two grades. Results: The scores of the relevant legal knowledge, nursing rules and regulations, nursing protection knowledge and behaviors of Grade 2011 students who received micro lectures were higher than those of Grade 2009 students ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion: The applying effect of micro lectures on occupational nursing risk prevention is remarkable and worth promoting.
