Methods The clinical data of 31 patients who delivered and received perinatal transfusion in Shanghai Ninth People′s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from October 2013 to February 2017 was analyzed, and the utilization of blood components was retrospectively analyzed. Results The main infusion of blood components was red blood cell products, and the blood transfusion was mainly caused by uterine atony. Conclusion The blood component transfusion can contribute to effective utilization of the blood, improve the coagulation function and stop the bleeding, which is the key measure for maternal treatment.
