左甲状腺素钠、甲状腺片联合治疗甲减疗效及安全性评价 仇菊萍 薛蓉 宁夏固原市人民医院内分泌科 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的:探讨左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片治疗甲减的临床疗效及安全性。方法:收治甲减患者226例, 随机平分两组。观察组给予左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片进行治疗, 对照组单纯给予甲状腺片进行治疗。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率95.6%, 比对照组的77.9%明显较高;观察组的TSH、CHOL、TC水平比对照组明显降低;观察组的FT3、FT4水平比对照组明显较高;观察组的不良反应发生率4.4%, 比对照组的13.3%明显更低, 组间差异均有统计学意义 (P0.05) 。结论:左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片治疗甲减能够提高患者的临床治疗效果, 有效改善患者的各项甲状腺激素水平, 且不良反应较少, 临床治疗安全性较高。 关键词： 左甲状腺素钠; 甲状腺片; 甲减; Evaluation on the efficacy and safety of levothyroxine sodium combined with thyroid tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism Qiu Juping Xue Rong Department of Endocrinology, the Peoples Hospital of Guyuan City Ningxia; Abstract： Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of levothyroxine sodium combined with thyroid tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism.Methods:226 patients with hypothyroidism were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium combined with thyroid tablets, while the control group was treated with thyroid tablets only.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.9%) .The levels of TSH, CHOL and TC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The levels of FT3 and FT4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.4%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (13.3%) .The differences between groups were statistically significant (P0.05) .Conclusion:Levothyroxine sodium combined with thyroid tablets for hypothyroidism can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients, which can effectively improve the level of thyroid hormone in patients, with less adverse reactions, and has high security in clinical treatment.
