广西高师院校专业结构调整与优化研究 广西高师院校专业结构调整与优化研究 摘 要 专业是高师院校人才培养与社会人才需求之间相互联系的桥梁。随着我国经 济结构的战略性调整，高等教育大众化和新一轮基础教育课程改革的推进，以及 综合性大学参与教师教育培养，使地方高师院校面临着新的发展机遇和挑战，现 存的高师教育专业体系已经远远不能适应时代发展的需要，不少地方高师院校逐 步意识到只有 “转型”才能适应时代的需求。而广西高师院校由于特殊的地理位 置条件，加之政治、经济、文化与教育发展的特殊性，使得广西地方高师院校的 发展速度、水平、专业结构与培养模式有着 自身的发展特点与优势，但是如何在 这种情形之下对专业结构进行调整与优化来主动适应社会发展的需要，以此来提 升广西高师院校的专业建设水平和整体办学质量。针对这难题，本文分为四个部 分加以讨论分析。 第一部分，绪论部分，主要阐述了本文的选题背景、研究意义、研究思路与 方法、国内外研究综述以及对本文的相关概念的界定。 第二部分，广西高师院校专业结构调整的背景分析部分，主要对影响高师院 校专业结构的内外部动因进行相关分析。 第三部分，这一部分主要是对广西高师院校专业结构调整的现状及存在的问 题进行详细分析， 并通过相关理论研究来分析 第四部分，广西高师院校专业结构调整与优化的对策和建议部分，针对第三 部分存在的问题，结合广西高师院校专业结构的具体情况，有针对性的提出相应 对策与建议。 关键词：地方高师院校；专业；专业结构；调整与优化 I 广西高师院校专业结构调整与优化研究 PROFESSIONAL STRUCTURALl ADJUSTMENTS ANDOPTIMIZATION STUDIES OF NORMAL COLLEGES IN GUANGXI ABSTRACT Specialty is the bridge between personal training in normal colleges and the demand of talented people in society.
