摘 要 现代旅游业已成为目前全世界最大的产业和发展最快的新兴产业之 一，其在世界经济格局中占据着重要地位。我国也提出要把旅游业培育成 为国民经济的战略性支柱产业和人民群众更加满意的服务业，希望借助旅 游业的发展带动整个国民经济的发展。广西旅游资源丰富，旅游经济发展 较快，旅游业发展较好，然而，如何测度广西旅游经济的发展水平、经济 绩效值得关注。 根据相关统计数据，引入了国内外学者常用的主成分分析法，以广西 14 个地级市为基本的研究单元，对 “十一五”期间广西旅游业的经济绩效 作出了定量与定性的判断，并进行了对比评价研究。结果显示，广西旅游 业经济绩效整体上保持着越来越好的发展趋势，但地市间的发展极不平衡。 地市间区域经济发展的不平衡以及交通条件的制约是目前区域旅游发展不 平衡的主要原因。旅游业经济规模成分和经营水平成分对区域旅游业的经 济绩效影响较大。 基于上述实证研究结论，广西应进一步扩大旅游经济规模、提高旅游 经营水平、加强区域旅游经济合作，以提高广西旅游业经济绩效，促进广 西旅游业持续、健康、稳定发展。 关键词：区域旅游业；经济绩效；主成分分析法；广西 I Study on the Economic Performance Evaluation of Guangxi Tourism Industry Abstract Modern tourism has become one of the worlds largest industry and the fastest emerging industries, it occupies an important place in the world economy. Our country also proposes to cultivate tourism as a strategic pillar industry of the national economy and the service industry which people are more satisfied with. It hopes to promote the development of the whole national economy, getting help from the development of tourism industry. Guangxi is rich in tourism resources, tourism economy develops rapidly and better. However, it is an issue of concern that how to measure the level of economic development and economic performance of Guangxi tourism industry. 14 prefecture-level cities of Guangxi as the most basic unit, according to related statistics and introducing principal component analysis commonly used in domestic and foreign scholars, this paper gives a quantitative and qualitative judgment and makes a comparative evaluation study, on the economic performance of Guangxi tourism industry during the Eleventh Five-Year plan.
