论文题目：全面质量管理对企业绩效的影响研究 专 业：企业管理 硕 士 生：赵慧慧 （签 名） 指导老师：胡 弘 （签 名） 王新平 （签 名） 摘 要 一个企业要生存、发展，从市场获得更多的利润，就必须向市场提供客户满意甚至 使客户产生意外惊喜的高质量产品和服务。如何通过有效实施全面质量管理来提高企业 绩效，成为企业应对当前竞争的一大问题。因此本文重点研究全面质量管理要素和企业 绩效之间的关系。 本文首先在相关文献回顾的基础上，结合 国国情，参考卓越绩效评价准则，选取 了本文研究所要采用的指标，在此基础上构建了本研究的概念模型，并提出研究假设； 接着设计调查问卷，进行数据的搜集、样本检验；最后通过路径分析方法进行实证研究。 对本文提出的12 条假设，验证9 条成立，3 条没有通过验证。 本研究的主要结论有：①在对企业绩效的直接影响中，“过程管理”对企业绩效的 直接作用最显著，其次为 “测量、分析和改进”；②在对企业绩效的间接影响中，“顾客 与市场”的间接作用最大，其次为“战略”；③ 全面质量管理六要素中，“领导”对 “测 量、分析与改进”的影响最大；“顾客与市场”对 “资源”和 “过程管理”的影响最大； “战略”对 “资源”的影响为负值；“领导”对 “过程管理”的影响不显著。 关 键 词：全面质量管理，企业绩效，路径分析 研究类型：应用研究 Subject : Research on the Influence between Total Quality Management and Business Performance Specialty : Business Administration Name : Zhao Huihui Signature）____________ Instructor : Hu Hong Signature）____________ Wang Xinping Signature ）____________ ABSTRACT An enterprise which wants to survive, develop and get more profit from the market, must provide high quality products and service to the market, which is satisfacted by the customers and even makes customer produce a pleasant surprise.
