精品论文 参考文献 无痛清宫术联合心理干预在稽留流产患者的临床研究 武汉现代妇产科医院 湖北武汉 430000 摘要：目的：探讨无痛清宫术联合心理干预在稽留流产患者的应用效果。方法：选取我院治疗的稽留流产患者需行清宫术290例，随机分为无痛清宫术加心理干预组（干预组）152例，无痛清宫术加常规指导148例（对照组）。采用SAS和SDS量表评估患者治疗前后的焦虑、抑郁等心理情况；采用IES-R量表了解患者精神创伤后应激症状及心理干预后的情况。结果：通过健康心理疏导及无痛技术能解除患者的焦虑、抑郁、恐惧等心理，干预后的SAS、SDS评分明显低于治疗前的评分以及对照组评分，干预后患者IES一R量表得分明显低于对照组，手术效果明显改善。结论：稽留流产患者普遍存在心理情绪障碍，运用无痛技术联合心理干预可降低患者恐惧，提高手术安全性及患者的健康水平。 关键词：稽留流产；无痛清宫 Painless curettage combined with psychological intervention in the clinical research of missed abortion patients Yang Yiqiong （Wuhan modern obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Hubei Wuhan 430000） [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effect of painless curettage combined with psychological intervention in the application effect of missed abortion patients.Methods：a total of curettage of 290 cases needed for missed abortion patients treated in our hospital were randomly painless curettage surgery combined with psychological intervention group（intervention group）152 cases，painless curettage plus conventional guidance 148 cases（control group）.The SAS and SDS scale were used to assess the anxiety and depression before and after treatment.The IES-R scale was used to understand the stress symptoms and psychological intervention of the patients.Results：through mental health counseling and painless technique can relieve patients anxiety，depression，fear and other psychological，SAS and SDS scores of intervention was significantly lower than that of the score before treatment and control group scores，after the intervention，the patient ies a r score was significantly lower than that of the control group，operation effect improved significantly.Conclusion：missed abortion patients generally have psychological and emotional disorders，using the painless technique combined with psychological intervention can reduce the patients fear，improve surgical safety and patient health.
