精品论文 参考文献 替米沙坦联合美托洛尔对高血压性心脏病者室间隔厚度及左室功能的影响 安徽省肥东县人民医院 彩超室 230000 【摘 要】目的 探讨替米沙坦联合美托洛尔对高血压性心脏病患者室间隔厚度及左心功能的影响。方法 收集我院就诊的患者103例，分为替米沙坦治疗组50例（A组）及美托洛尔联合替米沙坦组53例（B组），两组间各参数无统计学差异（Pgt;0．05），A组给予替米沙坦治疗；B组给予替米沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗。所有患者在就诊前均未服用降压药物或自行停用降压药物四周以上。治疗前及治疗6个月后分别行心脏彩超检查。结果 A组治疗前后E/A比值、左室舒张末容积、室间隔厚度差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0．05），每搏输出量差异更明显（Plt;0．01）。B组E/A比值、左室舒张末容积、室间隔厚度、每搏输出量变化更明显（Plt;0．01），A、B两组治疗后比较，左室舒张末容积、每搏输出量、室间隔厚度亦具有统计学差异（Plt;0．05）。结论 替米沙坦能改善高血压性心脏病患者的左心功能，减低室间隔厚度。在此基础上联用美托洛尔，效果优于单独应用替米沙坦。 【关键词】替米沙坦；美托洛尔；室间隔厚度；左室功能 【Abstract】Objective To study the effect of telmisartan in combination with metoprolol on ventricular septal thickness and left ventricular function in patients with hypertension heart disease．Method Collect our hospital 103 patients，divided into telmisartan treatment group（group A，50 cases）and telmisartan in combination with metoprolol group（group B，53 cases），group A treatment with telmisartan，and group B treatment with telmisartan in combination with metoprolol．The parameters between the two groups was no significant difference（Pgt;0．05）．All patients enrolled were not taking antihypertensive or stop taking more than four weeks．Cardiac ultrasonography were examination before treatment and after six months．Result Before and after treatment the E/A，end-diastolic volume of left ventricular，ventricular septal thickness in group A were significantly decreased（P lt;0.05），the stroke volume difference were more significantly（P lt;0.01）．While the E/A，end-diastolic volume of left ventricular，ventricular septal thickness and stroke volume were more obvious changes in group B（P lt;0.01），compare the two groups in end-diastolic volume of left ventricular，stroke volume and ventricular septal thickness after treatment，but also a significant difference（Plt;0.05）．Conclusion Telmisartan can improves the left ventricular function in patients with hypertension heart disease，reduce ventricular septal thickness．On this basis，combined with metoprolol，effect better
