精品论文 参考文献 移民城市成人麻疹血清流行病学特征研究 王琳 江鹏飞 何林（深圳市龙华卫生监督所 广东深圳 518109） 【中图分类号】R181.3+6【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）20-0094-03 【摘要】目的 研究深圳成人麻疹免疫现状及其流行特征，探讨中国在城市化和工业现代化过程中人群的迁移对麻疹消除的影响。方法 采用横断面流行病学研究方法；血清样本用ELISA检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果 1081名成人，麻疹IgG抗体阳性775人，阳性率为71.69%，抗体阴性率高达28.31%。产妇中麻疹抗体阳性率为64.39%,显著低于门诊体检人群和富士康新、老员工人群（分别为74.27%、75.42%和71.86%）；成人时期接种麻疹疫苗（以下简称“麻苗”）者麻疹抗体阳性率（78.50%）明显高于儿童时期接种麻苗（67.42%）和接种史不详者（73.39%）；而产妇中成人时期麻苗接种率（2.93%）也显著低于门诊体检人群和富士康新、老员工人群（分别为15.53%、10.42%和10.23%）。受教育程度本科及以上者有着最低的麻疹抗体阳性率（59.15%）。结论 深圳成人中存在着高比例的麻疹易感人群；开展成人，尤其是年轻育龄妇女等重点人群麻苗强化免疫是实现移民城市麻疹消除目标的关键措施。 【关键词】移民 成人 麻疹抗体 血清流行病学； A Study of Seroepidemiology for Measles among Adult in Immigration 【Abstract】　Objective To know about the immune level and epidemiological characteristic of measles among adult at Shenzhen City and to discussed influence of the elimination for measles in the process to migrate population for urbanization and industrial modernization in China.Methods A cross-sectional epidemiological investigation was applied.The serum samples were examined with enzyme immune assays for measles specific IgG antibody.Results A total of 1081 adult were investigated.The rate of positive and rate of negative for measles specific IgG antibody were 71.69% and 28.31%,respectively.The rate of positive for measles specific IgG antibody among maternal(64.39%) were significantly lower thanhealthy people of medical examination at outpatient,new employees at Foxconn and older employees at Foxconn (74.27%、75.42%和71.86%,respectively).The rate of positive for measles specific IgG antibody among groups during the adult inoculated vaccine of measles（78.50%) were significantlyhigher than groups during children inoculated vaccine of measles （67.42%）and groups forhistory of vaccination unknown（73.39%).The rate of vaccination during the adult inoculated vaccine of measles among maternal (2.93%) was significantly lower thanhealthy people of medical examination at outpatient,new employees at Foxconn
