精品论文 参考文献 米氮平与西酞普兰、阿米替林治疗抑郁症的对照研究 吴强（通讯作者） 郭平 　　（河南省驻马店市精神病医院 河南驻马店 463000） 　　【摘要】目的：比较米氮平与西酞普兰、阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效、副反应。方法：将120例抑郁症患者随机分为3组，分别给于米氮平、西酞普兰、阿米替林治疗4周。采用汉米尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、副反应量表（TESS）,在治疗前，1、2、4周末分别评定疗效、副反应。结果：米氮平组在第1周末即显效，HAMD评分与治疗前以及与另两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，而另两组与治疗前比较尚无差异性（P＞0.05）。在第2周末差异较治疗前更显著(P＜0.01)，而且仍然与另两组差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。至第4周末三组与治疗前比较差异均极有显著性(P＜0.01)，但三组间比较无差异性。阿米替林组锥体外系及抗胆碱能副反应最高，消化系统和精神和神经系统副反应西酞普兰组最高。结论：米氮平治疗抑郁症比阿米替林及西酞普兰起效较快，副反应较少。 　　【关键词】抑郁症；米氮平片；西酞普兰；阿米替林. 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）20-0121-03 　　Comparative study on the treatment of depression with mirtazapin ,Citalopram and Amitriptyline. Henan Province Zhumadian Mental Hospital , Zhumadian 463000 ,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of mirtazapine ,citalopram and Amitriptyline in the treatment of patients with depression .Methods 120 patients with depression were randomly divided into 3 groups, which were treated with mirtazapine ,Citalopram and Amitriptyline 4 weeks,respectively.Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), the treatment emergent symptoms scale (TESS) were measured to assess the efficacy and safety before treatment and the end of 1st,2st,4st week,respectively.Result Compared with base line ,the HAMD increased significantly after a 1-week treatment in mirtazapine,especily after a 2-week treatment,and it had a significant difference , comparing with the other group.while in Citalopram and Amitriptyline ,no significant changes were found.Then compared with base line,every date increased significantly after a 4-week treatment , ( P lt; 0.01).But between each group, no significant changes were found.Among the three groups, the extrapyramidal and anticholinergic side effects was highest in Amitriptyline , and in Citalopram group , the digestive system and the psychiatric and neurological side effects was highest.Conclusion In the treatment of depression ,mirtazapine was far moer quickly ,less s
