精品论文 参考文献 红细胞参考消息在尿沉渣分析中的作用 刘朝红 邹颜矫 陈琳 袁成良（通讯作者） 　　（四川省德阳市人民医院 四川 德阳 618000） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨红细胞参考消息在UF-1000i尿沉渣分析中的作用。方法：对本院16800住院病人尿沉渣分析红细胞结果有异常的1276例标本进行显微镜复检，分析结果的准确性以及红细胞参考消息在UF-1000i尿沉渣分析中的作用。结果：隐血结果符合的情况下红细胞参考信息出来的红细胞结果97%是真阳性，确有红细胞存在。红细胞参考消息没出的80%有真菌孢子或结晶等因素影响，红细胞数量确实受到相当大程度的干扰。隐血结果不符合的情况下，红细胞参考信息出了的标本，也有83.3%的真阳性；而红细胞参考信息没出的标本，却73.2%都是假阳性。结论：有红细胞参考消息的尿液分析结果虽然可以很好的反映尿液中红细胞存在的真实性，但是依然不能排除形态比较均一的结晶和真菌孢子等因素的影响，所以显微镜复检依然是尿沉渣检验不可缺少的质量控制。 　　【关键词】尿沉渣；红细胞；Sysmex UF—lO00i 　　【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）12-0166-02 　　Effect of the red blood cell?reference information?in the analysis of urinary sediment analysis 　　Liu Chaohong,Zou Yanjiao,Chen Lin.The Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Deyang City,Deyang 618000,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of the red blood cell reference information?in the?analysis of UF-1000i.
