精品论文 参考文献 肺癌中医护理方案的临床应用分析 　（1甘肃省张掖市临泽县人民医院 甘肃张掖 734200） 　　（2甘肃省张掖市临泽县疾病预防控制中心 甘肃张掖 734200） 　　【摘要】目的：分析肺癌中医护理方案在临床上的应用效果以及应用价值。方法：选取我院自2015年5月-2016年5月期间所收治的62例肺癌患者，将其按照随机数字表法均分为观察组与对照组，每组患者例数为31例。在对照组患者的护理过程中行常规护理干预，在观察组患者的护理过程中采用肺癌中医护理方案，将两组患者行不同护理干预后的护理效果以及护理满意度进行对比分析。结果：经对应性护理后，观察组患者的护理效果以及护理满意度均得到了明显提升，均显著性优于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在肺癌患者的护理过程中应用肺癌中医护理方案的护理效果比较显著，对提升患者的护理满意度以及预后效果均有一定的积极作用，显著提升了患者的生活质量。 　　【关键词】肺癌；中医护理方案；护理效果 　　【中图分类号】R248 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）20-0182-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To analysis of lung cancer in the clinical application effect of TCM nursing schemes and the application value. Methods Our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 treated 62 cases of patients with lung cancer, its according to random number table method were divided into observation group and control group, each group of patients with the number of cases of 31 cases. In the control group patients with routine nursing intervention, the nursing process of boc in the observation group of patients with lung cancer of TCM nursing care process, the two different groups of patients after nursing intervention of nursing and nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results After correspondence nursing, the observation group of patients and the nursing effect of nursing satisfaction were improved significantly, are significantly better than that of control group, there are statistically significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Conclusions In patients with lung cancer care in the process of application of lung cancer is significant effect of TCM nursing plan of care, to improve the nursing satisfaction and outcomes of patients with effect all have certain positive role, the quality of life of patients with significantly increased. 　　【Key words】Lung cancer; The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan; Nursing effect 　　为了进一步探究肺癌中医护理方案在临床上的应用效果以及应用价值，我院对选取的62例肺癌患者进行了如下过程探究。 　　1.资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　自2015年5月-2016年5月期间我院所收治的肺癌患者中选取62例参与本次探究，
