精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜全腹膜外修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效观察 李龙 四川省江油市九〇三医院普外科621700 　　摘要 目的：利用临床病例对腹股沟疝患者采用腹腔镜全腹膜外修补术治疗后的疗效进行分析。方法：选取本院190例腹股沟疝患者，均匀分成两组，各95例。其中实验组采用腹腔镜全腹膜外修补术进行治疗，而对照组采用开放疝修补术进行治疗，随后观察两组患者的治疗效果，并对手术时间，下床活动时间、VAS评分、术后并发症以及住院时间进行对比。结果：研究结果显示，实验组和对照组的手术时间无显著差异（P＞0.05），实验组患者的下床活动时间和住院时间均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），实验组的VAS评分以及术后并发症的发生率也显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对腹股沟疝患者采用腹腔镜全腹膜外修补术治疗可有效减轻患者的疼痛，也能达到显著地临床效果，值得临床上推广应用。 　　关键词 腹腔镜全腹膜外修补术；腹股沟疝；开放疝修补术 　　The Observation of the effect of laparoscopic total peritoneal repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia 　　[Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical cases of inguinal hernia treated by laparoscopic total extraperitoneal repair surgery curative effect after treatment were analyzed. Methods: 190 cases of inguinal hernia were evenly divided into two groups, each of 95 cases. The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic total extraperitoneal herniorrhaphy in the treatment, while the control group was treated with open hernia repair treatment, then observe the therapeutic effect of two groups, and the operation time, ambulation time, VAS score, postoperative complications and hospitalization time were compared. Results: the results showed that there was no significant difference in operation time of the experimental group and the control group (P gt; 0.05), experimental group With the ambulation time and hospitalization time were significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05), experimental group VAS score and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of control group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the patients with inguinal hernia treated by laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernioplasty treatment can effectively reduce the pain of patients.
