精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜在胃肠肿瘤手术中的应用探讨 怀化市第二人民医院普外一科 湖南怀化 418000 【摘 要】目的：分析腹腔镜在胃肠肿瘤手术中的应用效果。方法：将120例胃肠肿瘤患者分成开腹组与腹腔镜组各60例，开腹组行传统开腹手术治疗，腹腔镜组行腹腔镜手术治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：腹腔镜组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于开腹组，对比两组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；腹腔镜组患者的并发症发生率（23.3%）明显高于开腹组（8.3%），对比两组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：腹腔镜在胃肠肿瘤手术中的应用效果理想，值得临床推广。 【关键词】腹腔镜；胃肠肿瘤；手术；应用 The application of laparoscopy in gastrointestinal cancer surgery Su Meiqi Zhou Bo Zhao Lihui Shu Cailiang General surgery department of Huaihua Second Peoples Hospital Huaihua Hunan 418000 [Abstract] Objective：to analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgery in gastrointestinal cancer surgery.Methods：120 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients were divided into laparotomy group and laparoscopic group，60 cases in each group，the laparotomy group was treated with traditional open surgery，the laparoscopic group was treated with laparoscopic surgery，and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results：patients in the laparoscopic group in operative time，blood loss，get out of bed activity time，length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than the laparotomy group，the contrast between the two groups has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）；patients in the laparoscopic group complication rate（23.3%）was significantly higher than that in the laparotomy group（8.3%），the comparison between the two groups has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：the application of laparoscopy in gastrointestinal tumor surgery is ideal，it is worthy of clinical application. [Key words] Laparoscopy；gastrointestinal neoplasms；operation；application 胃肠肿瘤是一种常见的恶性肿瘤，属于消化道疾病，老年人为主要发病群体，具有发病率高、死亡率高等特点[1]。患者临床症状主要包括腹痛、腹胀、消化道出血等[2]。本研究为了进一步探讨治疗胃肠肿瘤的有效疗法，选取了我院于2015年1月~2016年4月期间收治的120例胃肠肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并对比了开腹手术治疗与腹腔镜手术治疗的不同效果，现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 选取120例胃肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象，将其分成开腹组与腹腔镜组各60例。开腹组：男32例，女28例；年龄22～65岁，平均（43.2plusmn;2.6）岁。腹腔镜组：男31例，女29例；年龄23～65岁，平均（43.4plusmn;2.8）岁。对比两组患者的性别、年龄等资料，差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05），具有可比性。 1.2 方法 开腹组行传统
