精品论文 参考文献 舒芬太尼联合曲马多用于子宫肌瘤介入术后镇痛 贾飞 　　（四川省成都市锦江区妇幼保健院麻醉科 四川 成都 610000） 　　【摘要】 目的：研究舒芬太尼联合曲马多用于子宫肌瘤介入书后静脉自控镇痛的效果与副反应。方法：将64例采用子宫肌瘤介入术的患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各组32人。手术连接自控连续输注泵，观察组采取舒芬太尼+曲马多;对照组患者行芬太尼。观察两组VAS评分、Rasmay评分、副反应，记录用药总量与按压次数。结果：观察组用药总量与按压次数小于对照组；观察组患者术后48h内VAS评分明显小于对照组患者，两组患者VAS评分具有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；观察组和对照组术后每个时间点的Rasmay评分对比，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)；观察组不良反应小于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论：舒芬太尼联合曲马多用于子宫肌瘤介入术后自控镇痛便利、安全、疗效佳。 　　【关键词】 舒芬太尼;曲马多;子宫肌瘤;静脉自控镇痛 　　【中图分类号】R614 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）24-0147-02 　　 　　Sufentanil combined with tramadol for postoperative analgesia intervention uterine fibroids 　　Jia Fei. 　　Department of Anesthesiology,Jinjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Chengdu 610016,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect sufentanil combined with tramadol for uterine postoperative analgesia intervention uterine fibroids. Methods 64 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 32 of each group. Connect continuous operation - controlled infusion pump , and observation group taking sufentanil and tramadol. Control group patients received fentanyl only. Observe the VAS score, Rasmay score, adverse reaction of the two groups The total and record the total amount of medication and pressing times. Result The total amount of drug and the number of pressing of the observation group were fewer than that of the control group. VAS score and the adverse reaction of observation group of patients after 48h were both lower than that of patients in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). comparing the Rasmay score of observation group and control group at each time point , the difference was not statistically significant (Pgt;0.05).
