精品论文 参考文献 葛根素对东莨宕碱致小鼠恐惧记忆障碍的作用及脑内SOD和MDA的影响 万刚玉 季微 魏文龙 徐朝娜 戴翔翔 张信波 俞朝阳 通讯作者 　　绍兴文理学院医学院 浙江绍兴 312000 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨葛根素对东莨菪碱致小鼠恐惧记忆障碍的作用及机制。方法：用电刺激建立恐惧记忆模型小鼠,用东莨菪碱建立恐惧记忆障碍模型，随机分成5组：空白对照组、模型组、葛根素低、中、高剂量组。ig给予葛根素300 mg?kg-1、450 mg?kg-1、600 mg?kg-1，正常组及模型组则给予等量的生理盐水，连续灌胃5 次，以葛根素半衰期为给药间隔时间。于末次给药结束后30 min除空白对照组腹腔注射生理盐水，其他各组注射东莨菪碱2 mg?kg-1，30 min后用明暗箱检测记忆能力，各组取4只小鼠处死并测脑组织中SOD和MDA的含量。各组剩下的小鼠再用上述方法连续给药5 次再测潜伏期及取脑测SOD和MDA含量。结果：与模型组比较，葛根素组小鼠进洞潜伏期明显延长;葛根素能提高小鼠脑组织内SOD含量以及降低MDA的含量。结论：葛根素可以改善恐惧记忆障碍小鼠的记忆能力，且以预防结合治疗性处理组效果更好。 　　【关键词】葛根素；东莨菪碱；恐惧记忆障碍；超氧化物歧化酶；丙二醛 　　【中图分类号】R285 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0421-02 　　Effects of Puerarin on fear memory deficits and the role of SOD and MDA in brain of mice induced by scopolamine 　　Gangyu Wan，Wei Ji，Wenlong Wei，Zhaona Xu，Xiangxiang Dai，Xinbo Zhang，Chaoyang Yu* 　　（Medical college of shaoxing，zhejiang shaoxing 312000） 　　【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the Effects of Puerarin on fear memory impairment and the role of SOD and MDA in brain of mice induced by scopolamine and its mechanism.Methods： Electrical stimulation established mouse model of fear memory，and fear memory impairment model established by scopolaminel,the rats were randomly divided into five groups：the blank control group，the model control group，puerarin high-does group(300mg?kg-1)，puerarin medium-dose group(450mg?kg-1)and puerarin low-dose group(600mg?kg-1) respectively.the high-does group,the mediun-does group and the low-does group was given with puerarin by intragastric administration for 5 times with half-life of the dosing interval,the blank control group and the model control group was given with normal saline by the same way.
