精品论文 参考文献 诺雷德对围绝经期前乳腺癌患者化疗期间卵巢功能保护的评价 潘瑞琳 廖富毅 钟沛文 梁栋 　　[摘 要]目的：研究诺雷德（zoladex，Zol）对围绝经期前乳腺癌（breast cancer，BC）患者化疗期间卵巢功能保护效果。方法：我院从2011年1月至2013年1月共收治围绝经前乳腺癌病患100例，随机分成观察组（50例）和对照组（50例）。对照组进行常规化疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合应用Zol化疗。观察并对比两组病患治疗后首次月经时间、治疗后1年月经周期情况以及治疗前、后性激素水平变化情况。结果：观察组治疗后三个月性激素水平与治疗前相比无明显变化，且FSH、LH水平显著低于对照组治疗后，E2水平显著高于对照组治疗后，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论：Zol对围绝经期前BC患者化疗期间卵巢功能具有保护作用，可维持正常性激素水平及月经周期，提高病患生活质量。 　　[关键词]诺雷德 乳腺癌 化疗 卵巢功能 　　Evaluation of Zoladex for Ovarian Function Protection of Premenopausal Breast Cancer Patients 　　Pan Ruilin, Liao Fuyi, Zhong Peiwen, Liang Dong 　　Abstract: Objective To study effect of Zoladex for ovarian function protection of premenopausal breast cancer patients. Methods 100 cases of premenopausal breast cancer patients visiting the authorsrsquo; hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases). The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy, and the observation group was was treated with Zol combined with fchemotherapy. The first menstrual period after treatment, the menstrual cycle after treatment for 1 year and the changes of sex hormone levels before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The sex hormone levels in the observation group after treatment marked no significant difference compared to that before the treatment Besides, the FSH, LH levels in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment, the E2 levels were significantly higher than the control group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion Zol has protective effect to the ovarian function of BC patients in chemotherapy period.
