精品论文 参考文献 调强放疗联合顺铂治疗宫颈癌用药效果评估与观察 南华大学附属郴州市第一人民医院 湖南郴州 423000 摘要：目的：探究为宫颈癌患者实施调强放疗（ ）并联合使用药品顺铂所获得的临床疗效。方法：择取2010年1月到2015年2月这五年间在我院进行宫颈癌治疗的50例患者，按照不同治疗方式进行如下分组：25例患者归入对照组，全部实施调强放疗；25例患者归入研究组，全部在调强放疗的基础上同步使用顺铂治疗。术后随访,对比治疗效果。结果：就临床疗效而言，研究组的治疗总有效率是96%，对照组是92%，对照组稍逊于研究组但差距不大，P＞0.05，统计学无差异。就肿瘤复发率而言，研究组是8%，对照组是32%；就五年生存率而言，研究组是80%，对照组是52%；就不良反应而言，研究组是36%，对照组是68%，研究组均远远优于对照组，P＜0.05，统计学有差异。结论：相较于单纯的调强放疗，联合使用顺铂进行同步治疗具有更为显著的用药效果，临床推荐宫颈癌患者进行同步治疗。 关键词：调强放疗；联合用药；顺铂；宫颈癌；不良反应；五年生存率 【 abstract 】 objective: to explore the intensity modulated radiation therapy (imrt) for cervical cancer patients with () and obtained the clinical efficacy of combined use of the drug cisplatin. Methods: will pick in July 2014 to January 2015 that half years, a total of 50 patients with cervical cancer treatment in our hospital, according to the different treatments were randomly assigned as follows: 25 patients in control group, all lines in intensity-modulated radiation therapy; All 25 patients in the team, on the basis of intensity modulated radiation therapy (imrt) in cisplatin for synchronous treatment. Postoperative follow-up, compare the treatment effect. Results: in terms of clinical efficacy, group total effective rate is 96%, the control group is 92%, the control group, less team but the gap is not big, P gt; 0.05, no difference statistically.
