摘 要本主要是针对模具设计,通过对塑件进行工艺的分析和比较,最终设计出一副注塑模。该课题从产品结构工艺性，具体模具结构出发，对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核、都有详细的设计，同时简单的编制了模具的加工工艺。针对具体结构，该模具是浇口的分型面注射模具。通过模具设计表明该模具能达到质量和加工工艺要求。同时，在设计过程中，通过查阅大量资料、手册、标准、期刊等，结合教材上的知识 Autocad 、EMX等软件也对注塑模具的组成结构（成型零部件、浇注系统、导向部分、推出机构、排气系统、模温调节系统），为将来独立完成模具设计积累了一定的经验。分型面This paper is mainly for the automotive handle mold design, through the process of analysis and comparison of plastic parts, to devise an injection mold.
