精品论文 参考文献 铸造支架活动义齿治疗牙列缺失的临床分析 何逸飞 赵义成 　　眉山市人民医院 四川眉山 620010 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨和分析铸造支架活动义齿治疗牙列缺失的临床分析。方法：2015年1月-2015年4月间我院共接收了84例牙列缺失患者，对这84患者进行随机的分组，对照组42例患者，实验组42例患者。对照组对患者采用塑料基托活动义齿进行治疗。实验组对患者采用铸造支架活动义齿进行治疗。比较对照组和实验组的治疗效果和患者满意度。结果：实验组患者中有评定为优的有30例，良的有9例，差的有3例，治疗有效率为92.85%。对照组患者中评定为优的有20例，良的有10例，差的有12例，治疗有效率为71.4%。实验组的优良率和有效率都高于对照组，并且实验组的患者满意度也高于对照组。差异有统计学意义。结论：在临床中，牙列缺失是一种常见的牙科疾病，通常来讲采用铸造支架活动义齿进行治疗，这种治疗方法比塑料基托活动义齿坚固耐用，对患者牙列有更好的稳定性，非常值得在临床中推广。 　　【关键词】铸造支架；活动义齿；牙列缺失；临床分析 　　【中图分类号】R783.6 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0280-02 　　【Abstract】Objective:To study and analysis of casting stents activity denture clinical analysis for the treatment of teeth missing.Methods: Between January 2015-April 2015 our hospital to receive a total of 84 patients with missing teeth,random grouping of the 84 patients in the control group, 42 cases,42 patients.The control group of patients with plastic base support activities denture treatment.The experimental group of patients treated with cast support activities denture.Compare the therapeutic effect of the control group and experimental group and patient satisfaction. Evaluation results: the experimental group patients were superior in 30 cases, good in 9 cases, poor in 3 cases, treatment effective rate was 92.85%. In the control group patients to assess for optimal in 20 cases,good in 10 cases,there were 12 cases with poor,treatment effective rate was 71.4%.Group of the excellent and efficient are higher than the control group and experimental group of patient satisfaction is also higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant.
