精品论文 参考文献 门急诊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床疗效分析 广东省广州市增城区新塘镇中心卫生院沙埔分院 广东 广州 511340 [摘要]：目的：探讨分析门急诊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 ：对2014年12月开始到2015年11月之间在我院进行治疗的106例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者为研究对象，根据自愿选择原则将患者分组，采用相同药物进行治疗，在治疗后对评价指标内容进行分析对比。结果：采用门急诊方式治疗的观察组和采用住院方式治疗的对照组在治疗效果上基本接近P＞0.05，无统计学意义；两组患者治疗后均取得较好的效果，心血管功能指标与治疗前比较差异值P＜0.05，有统计学意义；两组之间的心血管功能指标比较差异值P＞0.05，无统计学意义；观察组的治疗费用显著低于对照组，比较差异值P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论：采用门急诊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的治疗效果较为理想，治疗后的临床指标与住院治疗方式基本无差异，但极大降低了治疗费用，减轻了患者负担，同时节约了大量的医疗资源，具有很高的治疗价值，应在临床广泛推广。 [关键词]：门急诊治疗 慢性充血性心力衰竭 疗效 【中图分类号】R994.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)08-0434-02 [abstract] : objective: to study the analysis of this clinical curative effect for the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.
