精品论文 参考文献 门急诊静脉输液室中护患纠纷的原因及护理干预分析 杨美玲(商丘市第一人民医院急诊输液室 河南商丘 476100)   [摘要] 目的:分析门急诊静脉输液室中护患纠纷的原因,并探讨相应护理干预措施。方法:选取2013年2月-2015年12月在我院门急诊静脉输液室进行治疗的70例患者,将其随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各35例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予预防性护理干预,对比分析两组护患纠纷发生原因及护理效果。 结果:对照组护理纠纷的发生率为22.86%,明显高于观察组的5.71%,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组护理满意率为71.43%,明显低于观察组的94.29%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:门急诊护患纠纷常由服务偏差、技能不足及沟通无效等引起,给予门急诊静脉输液室患者护理干预,可提高患者对护理的满意度,减少护患纠纷的发生,构建和谐稳定的护患关系。   [关键词] 静脉输液室;护患纠纷;门急诊;护理干预   Analysis on the causes and nursing intervention of nurse patient disputes in the emergency department   Yang Meiling (emergency transfusion room, Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital, Shangqiu, Henan 476100)   [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the causes of nurse patient disputes in emergency transfusion room, and to explore the corresponding nursing intervention measures. Methods: selected in February 2013 and 2015 December in our hospital outpatient and emergency intravenous infusion room of treatment of 70 patients, randomly divided to two groups, the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each. Patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention, the patients in observation group were given preventive nursing intervention based on the control group, and the reasons of the disputes between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: in the control group of nursing dispute occurrence rate 22.86%, significantly higher than the observation group of 5.71%, and the difference is significant (P lt; 0.05); the control group of nursing satisfaction rate was 71.43%, significantly lower than the observation group of 94.29%, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05).
