SMT technology is the electronic components mounted on a printed circuit board surface ( rather than mounted on the circuit board they plug the holes in ) an assembly technology , computer , TV tuner . Recorders , digital cameras , digital cameras , pocket radio, high-end multi- segment broken tone , MP3, mobile phones and other electronic products in almost all have been widely used. SMT electronic assembly technology is the main direction of development , has been called the world of electronic assembly technology mainstream. In Surface Mount Technology (SMT), the solder joint serves as both the electrical and mechanical interface between the Surface Mount Component and Printed Circuit Board. This article mainly aims at Taiwan, lead-free soldering shuttle AOI, automatic optical detector basic principle, basic operation, maintenance and introduction, research, review and
