Current Status In May 2013，according to the China‘s sixth census data in 2010 sample data，the national rural left-behind children was 61.0255 million，37.7% of the rural children, 21.88% of the children. Problems Loss of emotion; Poor family education; Lack confidence for future; Bad interpersonal relationship; Safety Reasons for the problem of rural left-behind children 1.China‘s urban and rural economic gap. Many people have to work just in cities in order to make more money and improve their living condition. 2.Difference between urban and rural population policy. It’s unfair for left-behind children in population policy. If they want to stay in cities, they have to pay high cost for housing, education, medical?treatment and living. Many left-behind children’s characters: They’re all miss their parents They know better than their peers Most of them are more love learning Most of them are more diligence What should we do? Firstly, solving the three agricultural problems( land, labor, capital); Secondly, the cities must allow the migrant workers’ children to come near to the entrance conveniently. Thirdly, schools, government and social organizations should also take action in caring left-behind children.
